Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (not worn or washed). Any item returned with elements that prevent resale will void the return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received it. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
